The community of Steiner Ranch lies on the shores of the Southern tip of Lake Austin between FM 2222 and Ranch Road 620. Although nestled quietly in pristine Hill Country, the neighborhood is located only 10 miles west of downtown Austin, making Steiner Ranch only a twenty-minute car ride away from all that central Austin has to offer. Steiner Ranch is also conveniently located to many major employers including 3M, IBM, Dell, and many more.

The community covers over 4,600 acres of land and features designer homes from approximately 2,000 to 6,000 square feet. Steiner Ranch offers residents an array of amenities including three community centers which all feature swimming pools, shower and restroom facilities, picnic areas, playscapes, lighted tennis courts, and basketball and volleyball courts.
