The Ridge at Grandview Hills is the second newest borough where custom homes were first constructed in the early 2000's. And finally, The Parke, comprised of Muir Parke and Waterton Parke, is the oldest and original area of development within Grandview Hills with homes originally built in the late 1980's. 

Although the majority of residencies in Grandview Hills are luxury single family homes, the neighborhood is also home to new resort style condominiums and apartments; there's a place for everyone in this booming neighborhood. Grandview Hills is serviced by the Leander Independent School District where students attend Grandview Hills Elementary, one of the state's first International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program, Canyon Ridge Middle School and Cedar Park High School.
